Welcome To RealityCheck

RealityCheck (RC) is an insightful lifestyle blog, featuring various important and educational topics surrounding autism, motherhood and parenthood, wellness, life aspiration as well as the very latest updates from Brain Connection (BC), an education center located in Petaling Jaya, Malaysia, created especially for children with learning challenges.

Drawing from her personal experience of raising a child with autism, BC Co-founder, Adeline Chai decided to launch this meaningful passion project as a way to encourage and inspire parents like herself to live their very best lives despite challenging circumstances.

Through RC, Adeline aims to go beyond just sharing her journey to also convey what she has learned along the way from various professionals, experts, coaches and other parents on these topics, which do not only add value but will also continue to inspire and motivate the larger RC Community.

RealityCheck Is Developed For……

  • Parents who give more than they take.
  • Parents who want to know more about Autism.
  • Parents who want to share their valuable life experiences in a safe space.

A Note from Adeline

Thank you for visiting RealityCheck; I truly hope you will find this blog interesting and adds value to your everyday life in many ways. As a parent and educator myself, I am always on the path to continue learning and uncovering the truth behind every aspect of life.

I believe if you choose the easy way out of challenging situations, you will never learn new lessons and the important breakthroughs to leading a happier and more fulfilling life. I am a strong believer that there is always something to be discovered in every challenge and a reason behind every failure.

It is through facing and solving our problems that we become wiser, stronger and tougher. Striving for a greater life is far from easy especially when I need to juggle between looking after a family, raising my children and having a career, all of which I am sure many of you can relate to. Sure, we may need to make huge sacrifices along the way, but at the end of the day, they are all worth the hustle.

Always remember to have faith, believe in God, find your higher purpose and most importantly, love and look after yourself well because that is the only way we can show up better for the ones we love.

With much hope & love,
AdelC
